Las Condes Theatre and Civic Center, opened in 2010, is a multifunctional performing arts center with a capacity of 874 seats, located five stories beneath ground level, and includes parking for 400 vehicles. The three-story administration building is organized around a central triple-height longitudinal hall at street level, towards which the two upper-levels open.
